Mockingjay Style
Mockingjay Part 1 is finally here!!! And it was no surprise that the 3rd movie was going to be divided into 2 movies = more money, duh.
Have you seen the previous movies? If you haven't, there's a thing called Netflix where you can catch up on those, you're going to love them. It's good to have a female kickass heroine for a change, and Jennifer Lawrence ( Katniss Everdeen ) does the part great.
My other favorite character is Elizabeth Banks who plays Effie Trinket, she lightens up the movie a little bit and I just love her sarcastic tone on and off screen.
Mockingjay is about the rebellion: District 13 fighting to get back the power and justice that is controlled by district 1, AKA President Snow or also The Capitol. So, Katniss is the Mockingjay that represents the cause and that is supposed to keep people in all districts focused on fighting against the Capitol.
So what's this post about? Katniss's braid! That's the closest thing we'll get to be a little bit like Katniss Everdeen, unless you practice archery or hunt...but, I don't support the last one, so, we'll stick to braids.
