#NYFW : Spring 2015 Trends
New York Fashion Week left us with many awesome trends for Spring/Summer 2015. There are florals prints which is not so shocking to see..but there are also other trends that are really nice and very easy to incorporate in our daily lives. Check them out after the jump:
1. Black Trousers
One of the most comfortable ways to stay in style, ANYTHING goes with black trousers, it's a go to piece for the days we feel that we don't have anything to wear:

2. Black & White
Pastel colors are one of the trends that are practically a must for Spring; however, this time we will see a lot of black & white. There are even some designs that add floral prints to this color mix which helps a lot to get a much more spring-look.
Una de las características de Primavera es que siempre se usan colores pasteles, es como una obligación; sin embargo, esta vez ha predominado mucho el blanco y negro. Hay incluso algunos diseños que incluyen estampados florales que ayudan a suavizar este contraste.

3. Pastel colors
Blush and light blue have been 2 colors that were seen a lot during this Fashion Week. These 2 tones were used by many designers to soften their collections compared to other bold colors that were also used.
I like both colors, but maybe I would prefer light blue. Blush makes people with white skin look very pale.
El color rosa vieja y celeste han sido los dos colores pastel que más se han visto en este fashion week. Son los dos tonos que muchos diseñadores han utilizado para suavizar sus colecciones en contraste con otros colores más fuertes que se han usado también.
Me gustan estos dos tonos, pero quizás preferiría el celeste. El rosa vieja hace que la gente de piel bastante blanca se vea aún más pálida.

4. Grid patterns
Grid pattern will be back next year. The first time we saw this was for Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 (meaning 2 years ago), so I guess that many designers decided to bring back this print for Spring 2015.
Los estampados cuadriculados también regresarán para el próximo año. La primera vez que se vio esto fue para Louis Vuitton Spring 2013 ( osea, hace 2 años ), así es que supongo que muchos decidieron seguir con este estampado para Primavera 2015.

5. Mixed prints
This is one of the hardest things to pull off, but not impossible. I guess that this takes me out of my comfort zone. We always think that prints have to be mixed with a solid color, but not this time...So, this is something I will be trying next year.
Combinar estampados es una de las cosas más difíciles para lograr, pero no imposible. Supongo que en lo personal es algo que me saca de mi zona de comfort. Siempre pensamos que los estampados deber ir con un color sólido, pero no esta vez...así es que esto es algo que intentaré el próximo año.

6. All White
This is another combination that is not very usual for me. It´s just that when I see this, all I can think is that this is going to get stained, spilled or dirty! It would be almost impossible to spend a whole day without spilling something on an outfit like this. This might be hard to keep intact, but it looks good! Maybe we could give a shot at an event that lasts just a couple of hours.
Esta es otra combinación que no es muy común que hagamos. Y es que al ver esto, lo único que pienso es cuánto se va a ensuciar! Sería casi imposible pasar un día entero sin derramar algo sobre un outfit como este. Puede que sea difícil de mantener intacto, pero se ve muy bien! Quizás sería de intentarlo para alguna salida de un par de horas.

7. Basic colors
There is always a color palette that we can use to mix with the rest of prints and different tones ( like pastels and florals ), next year it would be the turn for navy, black and camel.
Siempre está esa paleta de colores que son sirven como tonos básicos para combinar el resto de estampados y diferentes tonos ( como los pasteles y florales ), el próxima año sería el color azul oscuro, negro y beige.

8. Florals prints
Florals for Spring? ''Shocking''. Yeah...This is another thing that we will always see every year. BUT, this time we also have BIG floral prints which can reduce the girly-girl look and go for a more edgy outfit.
Estampados florales para Primavera? ''Qué sorpresa!''. Si...esta es otra cosa que siempre vamos a ver todos los años. PERO, esta vez vienen los estampados florales GRANDES lo que puede ayudar a disminuir ese look tan girly-girl y optar por un outfit más audaz.

9. Bright happy colors
If Spring was just all about pastels and florals it would be more of the same, what would we do without fun colors that brighten up clothes? This Spring I predict that it will be the turn for bright yellow, pink and orange.
Si la primavera solo tuviera colores pastel y florales sería como más de los mismo, no creen? Qué haríamos sin los colores fuertes que ayudan a animar la ropa? Para esta Primavera presiento que los colores que se van a ver mucho son amarillo, rosado y anaranjado.

The #NYFW Spring/Summer 2015 crystal ball has spoken...or has been interpreted by me :P. Which trend is your favorite? Mine would be the bright colors, specially pink and black and white big floral prints.
La bola de cristal del New York Fashion Week Primavera/Verano 2015 ha hablado...o al menos ha sido interpretada por mi :P . Cuál es tu tendencia favorita? Las mías serías los tonos fuertes, en especial el rosado y tambien el estampado floral grande en color blanco y negro.
