7 Reasons To Wear Wedges

Wedges are a synonim of comfort.  These are shoes that make us feel formal without being so formal, basically, they help pull off an effortless casual look.  Here are my 6 reasons to have a pair of these in our closets:

Las plataformas son sinónimo de comodidad.  Son esos zapatos que nos hacen sentir formales sin serlo tanto, básicamente, dan un look casual sin mucho esfuerzo.  Aquí mis 6 razones para tener un par de estas en el closet:

1.  Te hacen ver más alta, obviamente.

1. They make you look taller, obviously.

2. They provide more stability than a high heel.

2.  Dan una sensación de mayor estabilidad que el tacón de aguja no la da.

3. Thanks to this stability, it´s easier to walk faster. Yeah, when I´m wearing high heels, it gets a little harder for me to walk fast, of course, it depends of the height of the heel.  But with platforms, it´s a lot easier to walk faster and more comfortable.

3.  Gracias a esta estabilidad, es más fácil caminar más rápido.  Sí, a mi me pasa que cuando ando en tacones me cuesta caminar rápido, claro, depende de la altura del tacón. Pero con plataformas se me hace muchísimo más fácil poder andar rápido y cómoda.

4. They look good with wide leg pants.

4. Se ven bien con pantalones de corte ancho.

5.  They help bigger ankles look smaller.

5. Hace que los tobillos gruesos se vean más delgados.

6. They are perfect to mix and match with summer dresses because they add a casual/formal look that is hard to pull off with flip flops...

6. Son ideales para combinar con summer dresses ya que dan un look más casual/formal que es difícil lograr con las flip flops...

7.  And one of my favorites: you can walk on grass without worrying that your heel will get stuck!!!

7.  Y una de mis preferidas: puedes andar tranquila en la grama sin tener que preocuparte que se te entierre el tacón!!!
