Slip-on sneakers or skate shoes is a trend that began last year but it is getting a lot more popular for 2014; I didn't like these shoes so much at the beginning, mainly because I only saw sneakers without prints and they looked too structured and boring in my opinion, but now you can find tons of prints and designs that make these shoes more feminine and fun, plus you get the benefit of a comfortable shoe perfect for the weekend. Designer Spotlight: Diane Von Furstenberg Spring 2014

We all love designer clothes, well, at least we love to look at them...it's a great source of inspiration and to get updated about the latest trends out there.  Even though, designer clothes are obviously expensive, that doesn't mean we can't get ideas from their designs and add them to our daily life.  This post is about doing that, getting inspired by the fabulous Diane Von Furstenberg, one of my favorite designers, and add that spark and fun elements she uses to make her clothes and add those to our day to day routine.

For her Spring 2014 collection, she used many neutral colors like the one above, also a lot of white, which you can see in one of the last posts here, also the black and white elements to finish up with dazzling blue, one of Spring 2014 colors as per Pantone.
